Grooming
-
The groomer has the right to reject a dog for grooming if the dog is biting, thrashing, stressed, or causing harm to themselves or the groomer.
-
If the dog is too matted we will shave the dog.
-
To brush out mats it causes pain for the dog and could end up making the skin bleed if the mat is pulled too much.
-
If you are adamant in not having the dog shaved it will result in an additional charge for the extra time needed but, the groomer has the right to reject the service in whole.
-
To prevent matting please brush the dog at home between grooming.
-
For the health of your pet and safety of other dogs (when in playgroup), your dog's nails will need to be trimmed sufficiently. You will be given prior notice when and if nails will need to be done. No exceptions.
